What can I expect from the event?
Khalil Gibran, the Immersive Experience of Love is a show that explores the life and works of a complex artist—a writer and poet who celebrated love, its light and shadow, and the infinite power within. It’s a fragment of life where, as in all of Massimiliano Siccardi’s recent works, you get an intimate glimpse of the man behind the artist.

Palais 2 – Brussels Expo, Place de Belgique 1, 1020 Bruxelles (Laeken), Belgique.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
Indoor.
How long does the experience last?
35-45 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Brussels Expo boasts a large number of parking spaces within easy reach of the Ring Road. Access to the site is easy by car, thanks to the extensive Belgian road network. There are over 12,000 parking spaces available in the vicinity of Brussels Expo.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets on site as long as there’s availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Yes — exchanges are accepted. Refunds are only possible in cases of force majeure.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, please.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, only small pets are allowed inside the experience. However, guide (assistance) dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Our infrastructure has many access points for the disabled. Adapted entrances and elevators allow for easy movement.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes and yes.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, but please don’t use flash.
Is coat check available?
Yes — however, this service comes at an additional cost.
Is there an age requirement?
No — the experience is open to everyone.
